Todd, please help me find your support post about using profiles, I think the final step was my downfall. I'll need to know exactly how to finish. Also, because I've seen a post about Yahoo changing to a 2 step verification of my password, that may be the original problem. And when ever I make an attempt to send or receive, I get an error message that say's "change password, message failed, server not responding".

Stans, I looked at what you sent & I don't believe I can figure out how to use it. Love to have your help. 4 or 5 days ago I was desperate & previously had contacted 2 different people at Yahoo support who were no help at all. On that day I planned on buying into "Yahoo Pro" service which charges $4.99 monthly. Somehow I got lucky & a Pro tech named Kay who was a real super tech, spent more than 2 hours with me, fixed Tbird & fixed another problem printing a page from an email on the Yahoo "base" email. Made me very happy for about 3-4 days, and then Tbird again failed. The fail is just the wrong processing of not having my contacts list showing at the left side of the screen when I click on 'forward' (the options including 'fwd' doesn't appear either). Hope to hear from you soon.
