My "Inbox" and "Sent Items" is empty but when i sent out an email, it immediately comes up with a pop up saying the "Sent Items" is full, and cant hold any more messages. To make room for messages, delete any old or unwanted mail and compact the folder". After i do so, the same pop up appears over and over again. What else we are supposed to do?

Chosen solution

Help/Troubleshooting, click Open Folder to open the profile folder, close TB. Open the account subfolder in Mail (POP accounts) or ImapMail (IMAP accounts) and look for the mbox file named Sent Items, the one with no extension. What's the size of the file? If it's fairly large, but it's empty when viewed in TB, compacting probably didn't reduce the size due to some kind of corruption. Delete the mbox file and also the index file Sent Items.msf. When TB restarts, it will create a new, empty folder that should accept new messages.
