When I click the etransfer link in my email it will open Firefox to the appropriate site to use. Last week it stopped. Instead, the webpage sent says access denied from this server. Is this a Firefox issue, or an android issue? Thank you all.

Hi

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. Is this still an issue now?

I am not sure if this is a Firefox for Android or an Android issue - it sounds more like a temporary issue with the service you are using.

I just thought I'd try here for an answer, nut now it seems it's a mix of both. I'm using an older version of Android and I think the banking ap is not liking it and is now letting me use the browser after an update instead of the ap which sucks. I'm just disappointed now that things are made so you have to spend more on upgrades. maybe this is not it, but it seems like it may be. Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

Hi

I would not expect the Android version to cause this issue, but I do recomend that you speak to etransfer about the problem you are having as they may be able to help.
