Problem randomly started. I have five different email accounts/inboxes. They would all show up on the left hand side. Now they do not show up. I tried restarting in safe mode, they appear than disappear instantly. I have the "ALL" folder view pane selected.

Are you saying the mail account name also disappears or only it's folders?

If imap account and only folders, have you tried Subscribing to see them all again ?

Do you see the actual 'Folder Pane' itself even if empty or does that disappear as well ?

The folder pane is hidden. I can not see any of my various inboxes. So where id normally be able to click to change inboxes between accounts is hidden.

To show Folder Pane: 'Menu icon' (3 lines) > 'Options' > 'Layout' > select 'Folder Pane'.

It is also possible to drag it back, but you may find the above instructions easier. You would need to hover the mouse pointer over the left edge of the window to get pointer to change to a double headed arrow, then slightly move to right side of that line until you see a darker blue line appear. Left click hold down on that darker blue edge and drag to the right. A bit fiddly but it does work.
