Where can I download Firefox for Android, other than Google Play store. Their options will not allow me to recover my account and I need to use the same address

I use the gmail account rarely and I have lost the password for it. None of google's options will allow me to recover that account and I do not want to associate another email address with google. I therefore cannot use Playstore to download anything. I must have another way to d/l Firefox for Android. How can this be done?

You can download the apk of current Release from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/all/ to then manual install.
