When click a link in email or website one computer always has message 'close FF first'

more options

Both my computers use FF in Sandboxie. But one won't open a link without telling me to close the already open FF first. The other one just opens FF outside the sandbox. If I want to open a link in the first one I have to right click it and select 'copy link location', then go to the browser and paste it into the address bar. Can anyone tell me what settings are causing this difference? (This may be a Sandboxie problem.)

You should try asking in their help forum, it seems running Firefox in Sanboxie has several problems.
