I am using Thunderbird Ver 52.2.1 (32 bit) and today my "Trash" Folder is not displaying its contents. I have done the following with no success: a. I have shut down and restarted Thunderbird b. I have compacted my folders c. I have selected "Repair Folder" under the Trash-Properties

I have even tried dragging an old e-mail and placing it into the "Trash" folder and nothing is displayed along with "deleting" an e-mail. When I select Trash-Properties I can see the "number of messages" is correct (i.e. > 0) and yet nothing is displayed.

Does anyone have any other suggestions I can try?

Thanks in Advance!

Good day All, I finally found the issue... it was not a bug, but a "view" item that I somehow must have changed. To correct the issue I selected the "trash" folder selected the menu item "view-threads-all". For some reason it was set to "view-threads-unread"

I hope this helps someone!
