How do i move to the next email when i have an email open and i just want to keep the one i am on? I do not see any option to go to the PREVIOUS or NEXT email? Are these buttons available, and i am just not seeing them?

Otherwise, it seems i have to close the one i am on, which returns me to the inbox (or whatever "box" i was in), and then i have to click to open the NEXT email. Thanks for your good help.

Use the F (forward) and B (back) keys to move through messages, whether you view them in the Message Pane, a tab or a window. Forward and Back buttons can be added to the Mail Toolbar.
