Is there a single setting that will allow me to view all incoming messages correctly instead of having to change to html or plain text as necessary?

Actually there are a couple of issues. I received an email and could view it just fine, but when I forwarded to someone else in my company, each paragraph in the email was a single long line. So is that a sending issue or is it a receiving issue? I had him click on View Message As HTML and that worked for that one email, but then other emails in his inbox were screwed up.

I have had another user report something like this. He was using forward to create new copies of an existing message and the forwarded copy had lost all his paragraph breaks. I tried to do the same and couldn't reproduce it.

Could I ask you to send me a misbehaving message?

Thanks.
