I am unable to open Thunderbird. I get the error dialogue box, "We're Sorry Thunderbird had a problem and crashed. To help us diagnose and fix the problem, you can send us a crash report". I have restarted my computer and attempted to restart always with the same result, and checked the box to send the info.

Windows 8, I can right-click on the TBird icon and successfully open the Address Book and Send A Message, but not open the program at all to see my mail.
