Hello,

Normally you have a account with the default folders like: nico@domain.nl > inbox > concept > template (sjablonen in dutch) > Sent > etc.

If there is a new mail then it is notified by: nico@domain.nl > inbox(x) > etc. And x = 1, 2, 3..n (number of new mails)

But my question is, is it possible to put this behind the accountname like: nico@domain.nl(x) > inbox > etc.

Why I'am asking this? I have many mail accounts. Some of them are test accounts. But don't like to expand them all, because then it is long list. Only the first three mail accounts I use frequently, so these are expanded. But if there is new mail for the other accounts, then I see it immediatly, without expanding first the account.

Chosen solution

Perhaps unified folders are for you.

View menu (alt+V) > folders > unified

That way you see a single inbox for all accounts with them individually listed below.

This add-on simplifies changing folder views, if you find you need to do it more than a few times a day.

Sorry, it is my own fault!

When you expand you're account then it liks like this: account@domain.nl - inbox(x) - sent item - trash - etc.

But if you collapse you're account then in looks like this: - account@domain.nl (x)

x = number of new mails.

So this is exactly what I want! The only thing was I saw because I had expand my accounts. Then I thought ok, it put the notification behind the inbox. So I did this request and after that I collapse my accounts, Then I saw it but it was to late to withdraw my request. Sorry for that.
