can't login, won't send password or username email, now on my third new account in as many years

Just had to create the third account in as many years to get FF support. All I wanted to do was ask how to get rid of the icon in the address bar since it does nothing for me. But the larger issue is that I could not get my username or passwords from my previous two accounts since the "confirmation email" won't send. I tried the email addresses I used and requested a "confirmation email" multiple times and nothing arrived in any folder spam or otherwise. My first account here was deleted because I refused to allow moderators to verbally abuse me and my account was closed in childish retaliation, my second account to replace that one somehow vanished over the last year even though I didn't post anything, and so here I am with now the third account in as many years. Why are my accounts going away and why won't the email to recover my account get sent? It's almost as if FF is blocking me from getting support here, which of course is entirely possible considering the low quality of humans they find to bully us around on these forums.

Hi dumbie, Thank you for your question, I understand that you have attempted to recover a password from a few accounts that you have signed up with for support in this forum.

Once an account has be deactivated, that same email cannot be used to create a new account. The old accounts will send an reset password email, but the account and email still deactivated.

This is most likely why a new email is required to login. If you need more account help, please also post in the support forum and have [Admin Attn] in the title of the thread.
