I am trying to enter my username to access my bank account. It will not allow a lowercase letter to begin the username. Since I have used lowercase for years, the account does not recognize the login.

Make sure that you haven't saved uppercase and lowercase versions of that name and password.

Remove a saved password here: Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
