How can I install Blur app or mask me app?

I want to be able to mask my email address so when I have to give one it would be a temp email address that is valid but one that will forward my messages to my real email address and I wont have to give my real email address....If that makes sense

Not those apps specifically, but you can check to see what kind of add ons are available. "Less Spam, please" is an add on that sounds like it has a similar function.
