Email Typing Problem Cause by Auto-Suggestion - Disable Needed - Help!
Recently Firefox has begun to suggest text as I am typing. This is a significant problem and a nuisance. I often do not look at what I am typing as I know the keyboard well. But this "auto suggestion" feature causes many mistakes in the text to occur if I do not hit the "tab" key. Ofter the suggestions are wrong and I have to stop, hit backspace, double and triple space and still have a problems. I need to disable this feature permantly. I do not however want to disable the auto fill for email addresses or password entries. Please, Please, Please help. I have a PC running Windows 10.

Hi Jim, Firefox has some features to help fill in forms. These include Form History to offer one-click access to previously entered text and Address Autofill to fill address forms. It doesn't sound like you are having the problem with those features, but with more of a free-form text entry area.
If you watch the screen while this is happening, does it resemble the Windows text suggestions bar shown in this image:
