That feature isn't available for Firefox as it is not built into the browser.
Nope. A future version of Firefox will enable sites to use speech input, but it is not supported yet in Firefox 44. As a workaround, a site would have to use a plugin like Flash and I doubt that Google wants to do that.
Since you use Windows, you can uses the system-wide "Windows Speech Recognition" bar to speech-enable any application. More info: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wi.../getstarted-use-speech-recognition
