Running under OS X 10.8.5, I suddenly find that I now longer see the Menu Toolbar (which had, at least a 1Password button) How can I restore that toolbar?

Does the Restore the Menu bar in Firefox instruction article work.

Do you mean the Navigation Toolbar that has the toolbar buttons and the location bar and search bar?

On Mac you always have the menu bar visible as that toolbar is maintained by the Mac OS and not by Firefox.

  • View > Toolbars
  • Right-click empty toolbar area

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
