Firefox crashes
when i click the firefox icon to open it, it doesnt open and the crash reporter pops up

Try Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it opens, select disable all add-ons and restart. If it opens back up just fine, it is an add-on problem and you will have to figure out which one it is.
