Import .json file bookmarks from provious Firfox installation
Attempting to import Firefox bookmarks which were exported as a .json file -- which was recommended. I am unable to import those bookmarks after having to rebuild my computer. How can I do this?

You need to restore a JSON which will replace all currently saved bookmarks.
