Hi, since the last Firefox update I am unable to log into my SAXO account. I get a black screen with a message Log in Error: a technical error has occurred while logging in, please try again in a moment. I have reported this to the bank and they me to use Google Chrome instead, they think Firefox has become incompatible, missing software functionality etc. I prefer Firefox. Can you help please.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
