When I go to my company internal site http://thesource/corp/home.html either from an internal computer or external computer you get the same results.

The page that shows up is http://thesource.com/corp/home.html 404 not found which not my company. This is a HipHop Magazine.

We recently upgraded to 45.7 from 25. In version 25 this was not an issue.

The default home is http://thesource/corp/home.html but the page that shows in the browser if from a Hip Hop Magazine thesource.com

Our DNS has an alias of thesource on our domain thesource.xxxxx.com

How can this problem be fixed? It is affecting 1000's of employees.

Here's what it says...

This site can’t be reached

thesource’s server DNS address could not be found. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration Running Windows Network Diagnostics

Sounds like your provider gave bad account or address? You should check with whom created your site to see how it was written to find errors.

That is who it belongs to as per Whois :

If looking for computers and such the address is the https://www.thesource.ca also error on https://www.thesource.ca/corp/home.html I would think you have the address wrong.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
