How do I set the TILE Page as my Home Page?
I tried to drag the "New Tab" tab to the house icon. It was ineffective for me. Is there another way to make the Tile page the page the default Home Page?

You can set the home page to about:newtab to have the page with the tiles.
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page
