How do I keep firefox from interfering with my media players and trying to upload syuff I do not want or need
Suddenly My media players are being blocked and I am being told I need to update to programs I do not want or need. How can I prevent this and how can I protect myself from similar issues

hello, please update your plugins (some of them are out-dated & have security vulnerabilities that are actively exploited on the web).
Please update to Flash 11.6 and Java 7 update 17.
