I can no longer use my camera on firefox
I can no longer use my camera on firefox, firefox displayed some message about camera when we were trying to chat, but I missed it, I have granted relevant permissions on the site, that we use reularly. The camera icon on the address bar appears red, and I noticed that in Windows security, it lists firefox access requests, but shows no way to grant these requests.
I am not tech minded so please if anyone could keep it simple, I would appreciate it.

Can you show us something? What happens on these sites?
Also, are you on a laptop or using external camera. If external, what's name and model of it?
Thanks all,thanks for your replies, I tried the test camera, and it just showed a blank picture of a camare, but did record my voice, I looked at camera permissions etc, but as I said, I had granted permissions, and had been using the site regularly.

Thank you people, I have got the camera working by downoading a new camera driver from ASUS web site, but my mic still does not connect, the camera was being shown as connetcing on site, but just a blank screen with a sripe through the camera showing, I now still cannot get my mic to connect though, and there seems ro be no neww drivers I can download for that. I refreshed firefox, and restarted etc.
We ahve a meeting booked for later this week, so can get a screenshot then, if the problem persists. Never had any issues before wit heither camera or mic. I tested mic on on skype and seems fine, but before when I tested my camera on skype, it waas blank, so not sure if I have coincidentally been hit by two unrelated issues, seems odd though.
