This question makes no sense? One needs to clarify what is being asked here?
This would normally only happen if the website only supports older TLS version like TLS 1.0 and 1.1, these days a website should support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Did you possibly disable either of those via the the about:config page ?
