How to enable java script
I can't download data from websites . It says I need Java script. Your support site is of no help at all. I've had to switch over to Chrome in order to download websites or there data. I no longer can use Firefox until issue is resolved. Due to the fact that you have no Customer support that isn't AI u have lost a customer.

JavaScript is enabled by default in Firefox on all platforms.
