email not syncing

For years I am able to click on different emails and view my messages. But suddenly the one email (see screen shot) is not syncing. I don't know if this is a Firefox issue or AT&T. I have tried everything I know but the problem persists. AT&T tells me I should not be able to see multiple email addresses but I have been doing it for years. Does anyone has a solution to this problem? I am using the latest app from Currently,AT&T/Yahoo!+. AT&T just does not care about this. If you can reach them, they can't help. It is driving me crazy.

Thank you Dropa. Sadly, AT&T is either unwilling or unable to resolve. I can't find the proper way to reach AT&T. I have spent hours over several days with no resolution. I believe the domain was a Yahoo email that AT&T took over but now they are separated again. It is so confusing.
