Server cant be Found
I have tried everything to fix my moms firefox and it just is not working. In the address bar she keeps getting null/?&ap=nocache&i_id=maps_100.0.0.&page=newtab& and saying that server can not be found and will not connect to internet, yet other browsers do. please if someone can shed some light on the situation or know how to solve this please do. BTW my moms laptop is running windows 7

Is this with her home page, start page, newtab . . . . .
when she clicks on firefox it goes straight to this in the address bar and on the screen it says server not found. her home page for firefox was set to msn a while ago. logging right onto msn directly works fine. btw I'm in montreal and she is in Ontario trying to help her long distance.
Then how about the easy.
Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved.
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
