Pretty straightforward, since I've moved my Windows taskbar to the left side of my screen, I want my Mozilla toolbar on the right side of my screen.

You can install the Vertical Toolbar extension. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/vertical-toolbar/

Afterwards you can right-click an empty area of the tab bar and choose Customize, then you can move any toolbar items you want onto the vertical toolbar.

However, I doubt you can have a fully vertical navigation toolbar, since the location bar is meant to be displayed horizontally.
