since I installed AVG anti- virus, [I think] my menu AND location bars have disappeared; how can I put them back??

if I press f10, i get the menu bar. but, still no location bar!? I have tried re-installing newer versions of Firefox, to NO avail....how can I restore my firefox browser's original buttons, [navigation bar?] AND location bar?? Can anyone help me with this? thanks.

After pressing the ALT or F10 key to temporarily show the Firefox Menu Bar, click on View, select Toolbars, and then click on a missing toolbar to place a check-mark in front of the ones you want to show.
