when send my desktop to a valid site (both my banks and another firm, I get this error message "requested URL /content/dam/penfed/general/pdf/Forms/general/M-36.pdf was not found on this server."

I don't know - these are valid sites - I've used them as recently as Friday. I've checked the spelling etc. I did some cache-cleaning two weeks ago but they've worked since then. Thanks. Jerry

That suggests that the bank has moved the location of that .pdf file on that web server, renamed it to something different or taken it down.

If you cannot find that document on the site, I recommend getting in touch with your bank who should be able to help.

It works for me if it is changed to all lower-case letters:

/content/dam/penfed/general/pdf/forms/general/m-36.pdf
