I cannot get into my account the "help" topics do not help. I do not receive the emails to reset
I recently got a new machine. I cannot get into my Firefox account. I have tried both of my emails and do not receive the password change email.
I cannot lose all my bookmarks, passwords, etc.

Do you still have your old machine? You can migrate your old profile over to your new computer without too much trouble or you can export your bookmarks very easily.
