At times a theme will double (two of one images will apear. On will come down from the top and the other will stay still) It doesnt matter what theme when this happens. Whats wrong :(

Hi, Can you please provide a screenshot of this, I have tried it in beta and in 29 and cannot see it show up twice.

I am using the Lightweight theme switcher add on for efficiency. This may be useful to you as well. :-)
