I'm trying to install this addon

old reddit redirect But the button add to firefox, just doesn't work

There's no error message, or explanation why

It just doesn't do anything after several try

I assume this plugin isn't compatible  ?

But then two things

If it's not compatible, why leave the user in the dark about it ?

second, why is a simple redirect not compatible ?

I really need that redirect now to make reddit links usable now that the apps will die in 2 weeks

It's most likely compatible, but you can't install extensions from AMO in this version. Only in Beta and Nightly.
