When I click the App menu button or tools on the menu bar options does not appear. It was there a few days ago but has disappeared. I need to access the Password Manager to change the password on one of my accounts and do not know any other way to get to the Password manager. Please help.

I am not sure what you're referring to, but you can change passwords at tools>preferences>privacy&security.
