I am regularly experiencing a frozen cursor when using the Firefox browser. My USB wired mouse stops working, however my laptop touch pad still responds perfectly fine. I am certain it is related specifically to using the program, and does not occur on my desktop or in other internet browsers. After opening the browser and loading a webpage, the cursor is often delayed in responding to moving the mouse or stops responding altogether for several moments at a time. I have tried disabling all add-ons, extensions, and plugins. The problem still occurs when in 'safe mode' or 'troubleshooting mode'. Please help! This is making the browser impossible to use, and I would prefer not to have to switch to a different browser.
