A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I've tried all the recommended solutions offered here and I am still unable to launch Firefox from applications folder, my dock or anywhere else. I was successful in reinstalling Firefox on my iPad and was told in order to complete the installation I needed to sync Firefox on all my devices. The only devices I have are my iMac desktop and my iPad tablet. I am unable to add my iMac desktop computer, so the only device I have a working version of Firefox on is my iPad.

Sync is an option. Don't worry about it for now. I called for more help.

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
