From Windows Live: Where should we send your verification code? This next line will not let me type in my normal msn email address. Here's the contact information we have for you. Contact Support

Once the mail storm is past, with you still using Firefox, you could visit Mozilla addons site and add some extensions that would prevent any more dangers when your daughter decides to press "pop-ups" again.

For instance the #1 add-on AddBlock plus and many more add-ons, taking care of privacy and security issues .

This way you and your daughter and your mail will be much safer and your web experience much more enjoyable.
