I am trying to load actions in to my photoshop cs5 program, it asks where to send it in the helper application, in which my adobe cs5 is not listed, and I can't figure out how to add it, or how to open it in the browse mode.

Simply browse to the Photoshop executable. For example, if you have the 64-bit version and you installed it in the default location, that's

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe

If you have the 32-bit version of Photoshop (considering you have a 64-bit version of Windows), then the path is probably

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Photoshop.exe

Alternatively, save the file somewhere like the desktop and open it from there.
