You posted this thread in the Firefox for Android section, The Firefox web browsers for Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile versions for Android and iOS are 100% free to download and use as there has never been a subscription option for them.

So you are likely referring to Mozilla VPN or Firefox Relay or MDN Plus as Paul linked to the places you can ask for support.
