For several weeks now I have been a Bad Request error when trying to sign into my bank account:

Things work fine when I use Google Chrome, but I do not view that as a long-term fix. Can you help?

This issue is usually caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings).

"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"

"Clear the Cache":

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear
