When I try to log into the MyIDCare website (https://opm.myidcare.com/) I eventually get a Secure Connection Failed msg

I called the help number for the MyIDCare website, and they told me to download Chrome and log in to the website using Chrome. Using Chrome I could log into the website, but not using Firefox. Is this a problem with Firefox or with the website? Is this just something I have to live with, meaning I have to use Chrome whenever I want to log in to this website? Thanks. The actual Firefox message follows:

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to opm.myidcare.com.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."
