Photos Not Displayed In Incoming Emails

When I receive emails that have photos in them, the only thing I see are the outline of the box where the photo would be. I had asked for help with the situation some time ago but I am unable to solve this. How do I get the image to actually show in the body of the emails as it use to? Thank you.
