How and why did Facebook install a tab on my personal Royal bank account page? I am a little frustrated as to how this could happen, it only happens with the the Royal bank !

thanks for the additional info.
i am unable to reproduce the issue you are having. i tried a variety of things. Attached is a pic of what i can see on my end.
in regards to the feedback tab, when its clicked a form pops out in order to get peoples opinion s/complaints about the webpage itself.
of course, your opinion on this is 110% needed by the website manager.
all i can think of for you to do is to temporarily disable add-on on FF and also the start ups in Windows, temporarily of course, and see if the issue gets resolved.
if it does, then you found where the problem lays, and now have to figure out exactly which one it is.

That page is almost certainly controlled by Royal Bank so the bank must have put the tab there. Ask it why.
I did just that and they said they have nothing to do with it. it's in thee browser
can you provide a screen shot?
right mouse clip on page
Sorry I made an error in viewing and misreading the page. It is a Tab for Feedback to the royal bank NOT a tab for Facebook. My oligopolies to everyone on the misinformation. Thanks for your help!!
