I doubt that. Typically the body text of a message is HTML. Since modern email clients can render HTML there's no point to use an HTML attachment.

To open this attachment I have to click Clicking in mails gives me an unsafefeeling

It is not clear to me where you are clicking, and why. Please explain in more detail.
