Youtube Videos Lose Audio/Video Sync

I have been using Windows 10 since the first beta. I also switched to HTML5 video on Youtube a few months ago due to crashes caused by the Flash plug-in. The HTML5 player on Youtube has reached the point where it is as good as the Flash plug-in in all but one regard.

Whenever I play a video the audio and video track will slowly lose sync. The video appears to play flawlessly, the audio appears to play flawlessly but after a few minutes the audio and video are noticeably out of sync. Using the stats for nerd funcion I can see that there are some dropped frames but usually in single digits.

I am currently on 39.0.3 but I have had this issue on previous builds. I have tried disabling Hardware Acceleration, disabling the cache and disabling Adblock on Youtube.

Windows 10 10240 I7 3770K @ 3.5GHZ ECS Z77H2-AX GTX 970 with latest driver 353.62 XFi Titanium 8GB DDR3 1866 128 GB OCZ Vertex SSD

edit:

One thing to add, I tried running Youtube with the Windows 10 Edge browser and the problem didn't occur.

I'm running OS 10.11.1 on Apple & I've got YouTube sync problems. Audio is out of sync.
