I am trying to set my tablet up for use with jpay.com video visits which are live with the prison system in Georgia how do I do that it continuously tells me that the browser is not up to date through Firefox which it is and indeed to download the latest version of their securus vre which I have done. How do I get this to work?

I hope I can help. What do you mean by "securus vre"? Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you mean?
