Thanks for the link but that FAQ is largely useless if the email never turned up to begin with.

I just want to regain access to my account, it is bad enough having to go though this process to begin with.

I understand and empathize with you. There is nothing I can do about it. Volunteer Support points you in the directions to answer your questions.

Nothing more I can do about it other than give you the info.

Someone will see it if are around and send you a email. Please be clear and answer what they want. ..which I have no idea of.

G'luck with it. If lucky get it shortly, if not 4-6hrs I would think.

I know you are trying to help and also that you don't have the tools to help which must be frustrating for you too.

Thanks for making the issue known however, hopefully it will be resolved in due course, i just wish there was a better process for this kind of thing.

We do not have anything to do with sync other than to give you information.
