Ciao, devi essere più dettagliato. Qual è il provider della tua casella email? La casella è configurata come IMAP o POP3? Oltre che da Thunderbird accedi da altri dispositivi (browser, app, smartphone, etc.) Thunderbird visualizza qualche messaggio di errore quando provi a scaricare la posta?
