Firefox doesn't receive email it most likely came from auto system reply that doesn't accept emails. Someone has to look at the post error message to see what is happening to reply back.

i posted a crash question yesterday and got an email asking me to post these the time is the same i assume because i hit "submit" at the same time for all of them i'm posting blind here because there was no link in the email back to my original post - maybe something else that should be fixed

The automated email was to inform you of a response to your thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1426414 as you should reply in the thread instead of creating a new thread as a reply.

A easy way to find your previous threads and replies if you look on top and hover over your name and View Profile.
